Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours I can use the commissary?

No, you can use the commissary as much as needed to support your business.

During what hours can I use the commissary kitchen?

The commissary kitchen is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What is the charge for storage space?

We offer dry, cooler, and freezer storage, each starting at $30 per month. Please contact us for further information.

If I don't use the kitchen during some months, will I lose my membership?

No. A monthly membership of $100 will still be charged to your account to retain your affidavit.

If I cancel my membership, can I come back?

Once your membership with the commissary lapses, the affidavit will no longer be valid. You can sign back up at any time, but will need to go through the start-up process again.

Do you clean up for me?

Our Kitchen Team handles all deep cleaning and equipment maintenance in our facility. Members are responsible for spot cleaning before and after production.

I don't have licensing yet. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We are here to help you through the licensing process.

After signing up, how soon can I use the kitchen?

As soon as your license has been approved you can start producing in the kitchen.

Do I need to provide my own equipment?

You will need to provide all small wares for your operation, such as pots, pans, utensils, and sheet trays.

We provide most standard commercial equipment necessary such as convection ovens, stoves, flat tops, low-boy burners, mixers, etc.

How many members do you have?

We have around 150 members and are growing every day.

How can I schedule a tour?

Do you offer private space?

We have multiple private and semi-private kitchens in addition to our shared commissary space. If you are interested, please let us know before you come in for a tour.

Can I schedule hours private hours in a kitchen?

Do you offer one-time kitchen use?

We have specific criteria for one-time use situations. Please contact us directly for more information.

Are there ever space issues in the commissary kitchen?

Our shared kitchens are more than 2000 square feet each, allowing plenty of space and cooking equipment for multiple companies to use at the same time. In addition, we have options to reserve private kitchens on an hourly, monthly or annual basis.

Does Kitchen Network require members to carry their own insurance?

We ask that businesses carry General Business Liability insurance and highly recommend food product liability insurance for additional support.
